By accessing and using the X1 Foundation Stake Delegation Program ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

The X1 Foundation Stake Delegation Program is an automated system that distributes stake from the X1 Foundation's pool to eligible validators on the X1 network. The Service includes:

• Validator application and approval process
• Automated stake delegation based on performance criteria
• Performance monitoring and reporting
• Stake rebalancing at epoch boundaries

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Service, you must:

• Operate a validator on the X1 network
• Maintain the minimum performance requirements as specified in the program
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information

4. Validator Responsibilities

As a participating validator, you agree to:

• Maintain your validator in good operational standing
• Keep your validator software updated to the minimum required version
• Maintain commission rates within program limits
• Ensure adequate self-stake as required by the program
• Not engage in any malicious or harmful activities
• Promptly report any security issues or vulnerabilities

5. Stake Delegation

The X1 Foundation reserves the right to:

• Modify delegation criteria at any time
• Add or remove validators from the program
• Adjust stake allocations based on network needs
• Implement emergency measures to protect network security

Stake delegation is not guaranteed and may be removed if eligibility criteria are not maintained.

6. Fees and Rewards

Participation in the program involves:

• Stake pool fees on rewards earned (as configured in the stake pool program)
• Network transaction fees for on-chain operations
• Validator commission rates (subject to program maximum)

Rewards are distributed according to the X1 network's staking mechanism and are subject to change.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The X1 Foundation does not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• Any specific amount of stake delegation or rewards
• Protection against losses due to market conditions or network issues

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the X1 Foundation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the X1 Foundation, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms
